1. Delivery Areas
We deliver nationwide across Pakistan through trusted courier partners. Delivery services are available in most cities, towns, and remote areas.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- During sales, promotions, or peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are:
- Major Cities: 2–4 business days
- Other Cities & Remote Areas: 4–7 business days
Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location and order weight/value.
- We may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or minimum order values.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) in most areas of Pakistan. Customers are requested to keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, email, or WhatsApp to track your shipment status.
7. Delayed or Failed Deliveries
If delivery is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team for assistance.
Orders may be canceled if:
- The customer is unreachable
- Incorrect address or contact details are provided
- The parcel is refused upon delivery
8. Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect your parcel upon arrival. If you receive a damaged package or missing item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
9. International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. International shipping is not available at this time.
